Sam Sciacca
Director
Sam Sciacca is the managing director of Vista Property Group and has been involved in the delivery of over 400 residential apartments in South East Qld since 2006.
Working closely with its construction partner Zen Group, Vista Property operates an integrated development model from site acquisition to completion and has an unblemished record of delivering on every project it has embarked on for its clients.
Each aspect of the development phase is personally overseen by Sam working closely with all consultants during the development approval phase and with the builder and subcontractors during the construction phase to ensure delivery of an end product which exceeds buyer expectations.
Sams background as a lawyer also provides a commercially focused legal perspective across the full development lifecycle — from site acquisition and due diligence through to delivery and settlement.

Michael Emanuele leads construction delivery across all Vista Property Group projects through Zen Group.
With extensive hands-on industry experience, Michael brings practical expertise in project management, cost planning and on-site execution. His involvement ensures that each development is not only well designed, but also efficiently delivered and built to a high standard.
His focus on workmanship, disciplined cost management and strong consultant and subcontractor relationships underpins Vista Property Group’s reputation for reliability and performance.
